Data Deletion Instructions

Your data privacy is important to us. Follow these instructions to request deletion of your data.

Facebook/Meta Pixel Data Deletion

If you interacted with our website and our Meta Pixel tracking

What data is collected: Meta Pixel collects anonymous browsing data such as pages visited, buttons clicked, and general engagement patterns for advertising optimization.

To delete your Meta Pixel data:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
  2. Click on Apps and Websites
  3. Find Whizly AI in the list (if connected)
  4. Click Remove and confirm deletion
  5. To delete advertising data, go to Ad Preferences and manage your advertising data

Note: Deleting the app connection will stop future data collection. Historical anonymized advertising data may be retained by Meta per their data retention policies.

Whizly AI Account Data Deletion

For deletion of your CRM account and all associated business data

What will be deleted: Your account profile, organization data, leads, contacts, deals, call recordings, WhatsApp conversations, AI analysis history, and all associated business data.

Method 1: Delete from your account settings

  1. Log in to your Whizly AI account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  4. Click Delete My Account
  5. Confirm deletion and enter your password

Method 2: Email us directly

Send an email to support@whizly.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your organization name
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR/CCPA regulations.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your business data, including leads, contacts, and call recordings, will be permanently deleted.

Remove cookies and tracking data stored in your browser

To clear cookies from our website:

  1. Visit any Whizly AI page
  2. Look for the cookie consent banner at the bottom
  3. Click Manage Preferences
  4. Disable all optional cookies (Marketing, Analytics)
  5. Click Save Preferences

Or clear all cookies from your browser:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
  • Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Clear Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All
  • Edge: Settings → Privacy → Choose what to clear
