Facebook/Meta Data Deletion

If you've connected your Facebook account or interacted with our Meta Pixel tracking

What Data Will Be Deleted:

  • ✓ Facebook/Meta Pixel tracking data (browsing activity, page views, button clicks)
  • ✓ Your Whizly AI account information (name, email, phone number)
  • ✓ Business data stored in our CRM (leads, contacts, deals)
  • ✓ Call recordings and transcripts
  • ✓ WhatsApp conversation history
  • ✓ AI analysis and insights data
  • ✓ All personal identifiable information (PII)

How to Request Data Deletion:

Option 1: Via Facebook

  1. Go to your Facebook Apps and Websites Settings
  2. Find Whizly AI in your connected apps list
  3. Click Remove to disconnect the app
  4. Click Request Data Deletion when prompted
  5. We will receive your deletion request automatically from Facebook

Option 2: Direct Email Request

Send an email to privacy@whizly.ai with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Please include:

  • • Your registered email address
  • • Your Facebook User ID (if applicable)
  • • Your organization/company name
  • • Any additional verification details

Option 3: Self-Service (Account Holders)

  1. Log into your Whizly AI account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  4. Click Delete My Account and confirm
  5. All your data will be permanently deleted

⏱️ Processing Timeline

  • • Facebook deletion requests: Processed within 48 hours
  • • Email requests: Acknowledged within 24 hours, completed within 30 days
  • • Self-service deletion: Immediate (account disabled) + 30 days (data purge)
  • • Confirmation: You will receive an email when deletion is complete

⚠️ Important Notes

  • • Data deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • • Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refunds for partial periods)
  • • Some data may be retained for legal/compliance purposes (90 days max)
  • • Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely (no personal identifiers)
