Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Whizly AI are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, credit purchases, or other charges under any circumstances.
By subscribing to our services or purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund once the payment has been processed.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your Whizly AI subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account dashboard
- Navigating to Settings → Subscription & Billing
- Clicking on "Cancel Subscription"
- Following the cancellation confirmation process
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@whizly.ai to request cancellation.
2.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
- No charges will be made after the current billing period ends
- Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- After 30 days, your account may be permanently deleted unless you reactivate
2.3 Grace Period
If your subscription payment fails, we provide a 3-day grace period during which you can update your payment method and continue using the service. After this period, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and access to paid features will be restricted.
3. Credit System
3.1 Credit Purchases
Credits purchased for API usage (WhatsApp messages, AI features, Facebook Ads) are:
- Non-refundable under any circumstances
- Valid for the lifetime of your account
- Non-transferable to other accounts
- Used on a first-in, first-out basis
3.2 Unused Credits
If you cancel your subscription, any unused credits will:
- Remain in your account for 30 days
- Be available if you reactivate your subscription within 30 days
- Be forfeited after 30 days of account inactivity
4. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period, you may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. Once the trial period ends and you are billed, the no-refund policy applies.
5. Service Termination by Whizly AI
5.1 Violation of Terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms of Service. In such cases:
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period
- Unused credits will be forfeited
- Access to your data may be restricted
5.2 Service Discontinuation
If Whizly AI decides to discontinue the service entirely, we will:
- Provide at least 30 days advance notice
- Allow you to export your data
- Consider pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis (at our sole discretion)
6. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge atbilling@whizly.ai. We will investigate and, if we determine the charge was made in error, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
7. Payment Failures
If a subscription payment fails:
- We will attempt to retry the payment using your stored payment method
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
- Your subscription will enter a grace period (3 days)
- After the grace period, your subscription will be cancelled
- You may reactivate by updating your payment method and purchasing a new subscription
8. Downgrading Subscription
If you downgrade your subscription plan:
- The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be provided for the difference between plans
- You will continue to have access to your current plan features until the billing period ends
- Some features may become unavailable after the downgrade takes effect
9. Tax Refunds
Taxes charged on subscription fees and credit purchases are governed by applicable tax laws and are non-refundable. For tax-related questions, please contact your tax advisor.
10. Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of:
- Technical errors or system failures that prevent you from using the service
- Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
- Legal requirements in your jurisdiction
All exceptions are made at our sole discretion and must be requested within 7 days of the charge.

12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
13. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
